Indeed! Working fine with Spotify, just finding the albums on the NAS now.

I like that it shows the exact digital format, too.

So far, it has all worked well with no problems whatsoever. Navigating is better with a Home button to get out when you're deep into the Browse menu

Have you got it installed yet Martin? I put it onto the second Pi this evening, it's working fine in a wired connection just as the first one is. This machine goes upstairs in the bedroom & so I'll have to configure it for wifi tomorrow.

I have no time before going on holiday! It's going to be the first thing I do when I return, on both my RPis. I will also be using it to test my new Caiman SEG DAC, too.

How do you switch off the volume control in Volumio 2?

Not sure Bernie & unfortunately unable to investigate just now. I'll get back to you or maybe in the meantime, someone else might know?

It's not picking up any of the album art from the flac files I'm playing either.
The format for playlists has been changes as well. Previous playlists from Volumio 1 and Moode don't work in Volumio 2. Extra work required to reproduce them.
I think Moode is still easier to use. Volumio 2 still has some way to go to match the Moode interface in my opinion.

...but Moode doesn't support Spotify and there seems little interest in doing so. That's a show-stopper for me.

I just found out that when trying to page through a playlist looking for a song it keeps selecting and moving files instead when used on my Samsung tablet. Sorry, but the interface is rubbish as far as I'm concerned!
Now, where's that Moode SD card...
