If your a fan of "Roger Water"s or indeed "Pink Floyd" could I draw your attention to this fellow and his album. "Lee Saunders - A promise of peace" Its rather spendid and the album that "Pink Floyds - Final Cut" should have been. Heres 3 tracks from it. Enjoy.......

I Missed this altogether but no matter how good it is Lee leaves himself open to being a Roger Waters tribute act. Just copies Roger's tricks that he reused from the Wall onwards. At first I thought it was a new RW album, something I hope he will manage even after 22 years (exl that classical thing he did).

Aye the influences are plain to see, but its still a fine album in its own right. And yes it would be great to see another RW album but i wont hold me breath....!!

I'm not even keen on Amused to Death. For me, Radio KAOS was his best solo album, and a very good one.

In order of pref......The pros and cons of hitchiking / Radio Kaos / Amused to death. Same for me too. I also think that the quality of material goes downhill pretty steeply. I think 'Pros and Cons...' has some of Eric Clapton's best supporting playing - very subtle and understated.

Difficult, maybe impossible to improve on Atom Heart Mother IMO
(basically Waters and Geesin with the PF name)
