So, how long have you had it for, and why do you like it so much then?

The Indus is a passive pre-amp based on a custom-made Swiss precision gold stepped attenuator with fine resolution and a meticulously hand-assembling to provide years of high quality performance. The resistors are audio grade components chosen to give a user friendly semi-logarithmic taper to the control with fine control concentreded where it is needed most. SPECIFICATIONS: Input impedance: 15 K Inputs: 5 line inputs plus tape input Outputs: 2 main outputs ( for bi-amping) plus 1 Tape output. Attenuator: 24 way stepped attenuator Attenuation range : 0 - 66dB plus full mute Channel balance: 0.1 dB Impedance tolerance: 1 % Internal wiring: SIlver plated, msolid core copper with PTFF insulation. Ive owned an Indus in one guise or another mk1 mk2 & mk3 since its inception (Further back than i care to remember) It adds absolutely nothing to the party....Oh and the Coarse & Fine twin vol control is very handy.

I remember a Rothwell head amp (phono, not headphones) and I'm sure I crossed paths with a bi-amp system containing a Rothwell power amp driving the bass....

I used to use Rothwell to power my effects pedal when playing guitar many years ago
