The planned push pull amplifier to drive the downstairs system. Using knowledge from ETF 2006, I have drawn my loadline in green 5k my operating point is the blue lines. In class A push pull Triode that becomes 15 Watts. The SE circuit at ETF was a vry clever design see if you can spot the feedback. My design will be more Williamson as it has to be PP. Im not known for PP but I made a nice PP amp se to a phase splitting interstage then PP. this was the best of both worlds. What worries me about Pp all through is you end up with odd order harmonics only. Yuk. I hope thouh that if a pentode voktage amp input used the odd order distortion there out of phase with the outputs will mitigate the uncacelled by push pull topology distortion. But I fear PP because usually I dont like its sound. But the only other way to power the downstairs speakers is to build my V1505 amplifier again with these babies. hd pic upload

Hi Paul, Noticed your Celestion A2 speakers, how do you get on with them? l was considering getting some used A3 at one point, but trying to find in advance what type of sound they have is hard.
BTW Nice set up, hope your road to recovery goes well.
