Now all you need are a couple of Simba Hybrid pillows, and the silk pillowcase(s) I bought for them.

Vi Spring - expensive but wonderful Had a look at the prices and you're not kidding. I'll keep looking. I dug deep about 30 years ago and found sleep became wonderful. Lasted that long but was beginning to show signs of age not surprisingly The boss insisted we get a new one. Went to the shop Tried out various in the price range. Oddly enough the most expensive wasn't as good as less money Dug even deeper into the pocket as we spend nearly a third of our lives in bed and still sleeping very well Recommend a topper probably for any mattress. The M&S quilt we have is a good one as well Whatever gives you good sleep is the one you want

...if this is a general thread?
I feel I have achieved what I set out to do back in 2019, to move completely to digital streaming as a source and make it better than any other source I've known.
Bumpy ride, but I got there. Music sounds completely fantastic. Well happy.

Veering off music, slightly
Stretching and Yoga first thing in the morning is great. Originally started due to a bad back and knee it is now part of my life and I love doing it
Music on of course. Mat positioned between the speakers. Currently practising in the dark which has its attractions too
