The Barn Jam is taken from a series of noodlings that you can find on YouTube, and features David on guitar, Guy Pratt on Bass, Rick Wright on keys, and Steve DiStanislao on drums.

Have to admit I cancelled my vinyl pre order after hearing the first track that was released on YouTube a while back for Luck and Strange.
Having heard some more I still think I made the right decision.

I've come to enjoy the first few tracks (bar track 1, which is nothing much) and think some of the ensemble work - particularly Romany's singing and harp - makes very nice listening.
There is no doubt that it's better than Rattle That Lock, but is it up to better works like On An Island? Perhaps Gilmour has said all he has to say by now. He forever makes that guitar sing, but the songs are weaker than they were.
