I usually do not enjoy pop but this is a bit different, it has great tunes a quirkiness to it. The band only did two albums, the second album a lot of other people prefer but for whatever reason this is is the album I come back to. Its well produced with lots of 60s influences and some modern ones as well.

I first listened to this on the computer at work and it made little impression. Listening now on the big rig, there's a lot more going on and the recording is very good.
I would say I Wanna Stay Home is my favourite song and the whole makes a better impression on me now. Still no fish, though. 3/5

I enjoyed hearing this again. I was reminded how some albums feel familiar even on the first listen and that this was what I felt on first hearing this one years ago. There's a lot of Big Star in this record, along with Crowded House and The Beatles.
I voted 4/5

I guess l'm a sucker for a more commercial sound that the 2nd brought. Although Bellybutton still a great album.

Well what an excellent choice, pure rock/pop at a very high level, well crafted songs, get music, great production and mix. A very enjoyable and uplifting listen which has gone into my Rock listening bag. they very much remind me of The Feeling, not sure why if they did much in the UK but would have thought they would have been successful here.
A firm 5/5 from me, thanks John
