Apart from the obvious...
The Watchers has me interested in what a film-maker M. Night Shyamalan's daughter might turn out to be.

The first teaser has just been released. It's released on July 26th, and I for one cannot wait.

There's one on that list that I'll watch . . . and I didn't click next when I got to the bottom of the page!
I am however, really looking forward to seeing The Zone of Interest next week

Did you see Deadpool 1, Tim? It's a hoot...I take that back...it's a certified hoot.

You've never seen any of them, so how can you comment? Audiophile fuses. See how this works?

I have seen some Marvel films so feel qualified to say that they have this effect on me!

Sorry Martin, the only way to be qualified to speak of Marvel films is to have seen Thor: Ragnarok. I wish there was another way.

Are there any films forum members are looking forward to seeing this year? For me;
Dune 2 Evil Does Not Exist (Ryusuke Hamaguchi) - a 2023 film but not yet released in the UK Mickey 17 (Bong Joon-ho) Blitz (Steve McQueen) MaXXXine (Ti West) Jordan Peele's new film, currently unnamed
. . . and whatever the top picks are from Cannes, plus the London Film Festival in October.

Jordan Peele's new film? Wow. I wasn't big into Us or Get Out...but his last one called Nope...apparently I'd lost my marbles because I'd gone to the theater 3 times to see it. I liked Nope very much. Would see Jordan Peele film for sure.

Wim Wender's "Perfect Days". Nice, I'm seeing that next week Jordan Peele's new film? Wow. I wasn't big into Us or Get Out...but his last one called Nope...apparently I'd lost my marbles because I'd gone to the theater 3 times to see it. I liked Nope very much. Would see Jordan Peele film for sure. I like Jordon Peele's work, definitely original ideas . . . but I didn't really enjoy Us that much and gave up with it. However, I went back to it a second time sometime later and really enjoyed it.
Nope is great

Dune pt2, the new Jordan Peele, Deadpool 3, Alien: Romulus’, Nosferatu.
I'll wait for some reviews of...
Mickey 17 - interesting concept, could be good, could be trash. Directed by Bong Joon-ho Borderlands - Great game with plenty of action and loads of laughs. Let's see what they do with it. Beetlejuice 2 - It'll need to be bloody good. Alto Knights - It's Robert De Niro -playing TWO gangsters. it deserves a chance. The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim - It's an animation, so theoretically it can be anything the director (Kenji Kamiyama) can imagine. Brian Cox is (the voice of) "Helm Hammerhand" the King of Rohan. Civil War (Alex Garland) After 19 states secede from the union, America breaks out into a modern-day civil war. - Speculative fiction that could become a documentary.
Fans of Jordan Peele, by the way, might like to try "FROM" the TV series. It's got nothing to do with Peele, but it's got his sort of vibe. It's a bit like a scarier but more sane and less stupid, "Lost".
