Don't tempt me to start up another juicing conversation/thread about blended fruit/veggie smoothie drinks like I did last Christmas. I'm freaking crazy I'll do it I swear if provoked.

Unbelievable. I thought we weren't gonna do this.
Apparently Pineapple, lemon, and beets (sorry about this) makes a potent juice with a lot of benefits. I work with a guy who's 76 years old and you wouldn't know it. Seriously. And he drinks this 2 times per week so I'll try it on Christmas break.
It has the rest of us scratching our heads going "what the Fa la la la... la la la la".

Yup. I made banana, apple, avocado, chia seeds smoothie. Wretched. I think.the apple was actually its downfall.
Will skip that one this year.
