Hi all
I am glad to have found this forum, there seems to be some great tips here on getting the last few percentage of performance out of my system. :-)
Thanks

Thanks all. Here is my system, which I have now added to my Signature:
While it is a multi channel system, my roots are deeply in 2 channel and use the system about 75% for 2 channel music.
Lyngdorf MP-50 digital surround processor MK Sound in wall speakers: LCR IW300, Surrounds: IW150, and heights are IW950 and I am running stereo subs with two MK X10 Subwoofers which give me a full 20hz to 20K response.
My amps are Class D, with Nord Acoustics: NC500DM MK2 3ch and KJH Audio for the other channels .
My sources are as follows: Oppo UDP-203 AudioCom Signature Edition, Sky, Apple TV 4K, Lumagen Video Pro Music comes from a Melco N1A and two SOtM sNH-10G switches, with SoTM power supplies, which are linked with a fibre cable as they have optical inputs, with upgraded clocks. Two switches is a big upgrade over just one switch and the great thing in my system is that Apple TV also gets the clean signal and therefore all VOD services take a big jump in sound and picture performance.
Final bits: Chord Sarum Super Aray Cables, IsoTek Sigmas Power, Clearer Audio Silverline power cables.
Think that is about it.

You are right about getting useful tips from those here Orange55.
I got good advice in 2014 from people which meant I bought a Beresford Bushmaster II Dac. That was a big step for me. Come 2018, time to look for people who could advise again. Found one, discovered TAS.
Really like the acceptance (of some of my crazy ideas), humour, knowledge, suggestions that are easily and respectfully given (and accepted). Essential; although I have access to the UK and EU markets, have no way of trialing equipment, and reviews are not always as accurate as I'm wanting.
Here I've found reasonable people who can redirect some of my ideas, are interested in the results of my purchases, and in the end share a pursuit of good (or bad) music sounding the best it can.
