His book a bit of a hard read. I do coherent breathing and Tummo for about 40 mins each morning

Comes across very well on various YT clips
Main point I didn't know was to breathe through your nose whenever you can

I thought this was just common sense? I breathe through my nose most of the time.

Not sure of how much I breathe/d through my nose. Breathe through my mouth when exercising There are other points too I'm watching a long interview again and getting to grips with the concept of exercising while only breathing through the nose Yoga was interesting and a little more difficult this morning

Day 2 of nose breathing tells me I'm a mouth breather and my life is going to be different
My body's reaction to nose breathing points at panic which makes me wonder if my mild asthma might be the root cause

Breathing through my nose is becoming habit Feels better, I think
Cycled 25 miles today and tried breathing only through my nose. Odd Coming up a small hill I was pleasantly surprised to be able to continue just breathing through my nose Couple more hills slightly steeper and I managed that too Not expected at all
The big, steep one awaited Again I managed to breathe only through my nose and felt like my breathing had changed. Legs felt different, better I think
My head is clearer and breathing easier
This is well worth a punt
Data set of one looking good

I guess I've always breathed through my nose, Mike (unless I'm bunged up). I've caught myself testing for it since your post and I breath through my nose by default.

It is a change for me. Keeping my mouth closed when exercising hard is counter intuitive as well as difficult Third time on my 25 mile loop today only nose breathing. My legs have a little more power in them, changing down gear later on climbs
