Sad, I spent a number of years enjoying an Onkyo M-508 Grand Integra amp. A little muffled sound-wise, but loved those meters   |

Onkyo dead in the market for 5years Voxx bought Onkyo/Pioneer in 2021 once they saw the books they cancelled the deal
Onkyo outsourced production to Sharp for the last few years. Onkyo Slow decline in the 21st century as management should of retired decades ago
They did not notice Ipods , Phones & Streaming or the Juggernaut approaching from china

What a shame. Somewhere in storage I have an Onkyo Integra tape deck and the build quality is just exceptional, it's a beautiful thing. But they never really moved with the times so the news comes as no surprise.
