Some ideas you to try if you have stress
and if you don't think you have stress you might
This underlined a lot of what I take as normality now.
Good stuff

I find that music is my stress buster. Conversely, I don't like being deprived of music for any length of time.

I don't get stressed much. DIY is one thing guaranteed to give me the screaming ab-dabs, and, these days, I have to work in total silence as I either end up listening to the music and not doing the DIY at all, or half-listening to the music and making a schoolboy error or inflicting a nasty flesh wound on myself.

DIY can be a right PITA. For me usually a chore and I tend to prepare *well* these days. Sometimes so well I run out of time before I start !

Chris It came to me overnight that I live with a different outlook, seeing a lot of what this guy does as confirmation I'm doing the right thing already. What did you find good ? What did you find bad ? I'm lazy/efficient and I don't do stuff unless there is a benefit to me

For stress management, and general decompression, I like to adhere to the advice contained within Blonde on Blonde's track one

Nope, tried but can't watch it again.
This whole one person talking down to a group of people without allowing too many questions just annoys me. It's a group hypnosis kind of thing and is how all this nonsense works whether it be politics, religion, dictators or this type of stuff. Your best bet with these guys is to interrupt a lot and query their points here and there. Wait and see how much they hate that as it breaks the spell they are trying to cast.

Don't see him as talking down.
He takes questions at the end too.
I'm already on board from years ago with a lot of the stuff

Cool. I'm glad it works for you - and I'm being honest here.
It's me that's the problem - always have been, always will be!

Can't remember how when and where I started
Perhaps the 70s Saw some jaw dropping moves in Aikido in real life. Heard other things that defy the imagination. Did my knee in big time and had pain for a very long time so started cycling. Had my first migraine around 1977 and did not enjoy it so much I decided I would find out what caused them and stop them. Took me years to find out and as I threw everything at it I don't know exactly what, individually or collectively stopped them. Twas a flight from pain
After we got our first dogs I worked out I couldn't eat them so I wouldn't eat others. Fortunately vegetarianism was easier in the 80s then previously.
Once upon a time I had horrid sleep Threw many changes at that and now have it sorted 99% of the time. Not quite sure again what did it as I was rather keen to sort it
