Currently spinning Yellow 'flag' on both vinyl and 192khz (which was taken from vinyl)
Quite interesting for my perspective as I am running in a pair of previously unknown transducers so it is like listening to these formats again fresh if you like
The Oracle has a superbly natural musical ease to the sound that invites you to listen' the high Rez version is pinpoint there transients. Are just real yet I can here valid points for both
So I've hooked up my studio dac and reference clock and now in the process of making a 24/192khz A2D copy so. We see how good the high resolution copy is
All good fun for aSunday evening

I prefer the stock vinyl over the stock CD of Flag, but they're both good detail-rich masters.

Hi Martin Completely agree the vinyl is head and shoulders above the cd version which is frankly weak in comparison Had to do a bit of tweaking with the levels and sort out a rumble (subsonic) filter though made some good progress sounding quite passable now All those late 80s and early 90's flat earthier whippet thrashers would be in heaven right now
