Last year a Hiface Evo, Clock and Power Supply came up for sale for £75.
I ended up buying it, not really sure what it did. Found out the Evo was no longer supported on PC or Mac. Emailed Marco (the designer) who sent me an Evo Two at a pretty good price. I tried it in my work system, but wasn't able to discern what it did (an old pre/power Plinius, Mission 780 speakers, Macbook Air).
Have been trying to get my head around Martin's additions. This does what?, I've asked myself a few times.
I'm restrained by my 600x550x420mm cupboard. That's where I'm allowed to put my gear.
Is the Hiface Evo and Clock similar in application to Martin's Mutec reclocker?

The Mutec doing the same job but just another performance level. To be honest just get a SMSL M400 and you not to far away from the A22, yes reclicking would take this further but doubt you feel the need

Also Martin doing a few other things to the clock chain. These days I am just using Bluetooth and continue to be blown away with the sound quality

I am also amazed at the sound I get from my sub optimal laptop driving a Bluetooth adaptor Cheap enough for a punt. Around £40 last time I looked from Aliexpress / Alibaba

Still have to be wary of import duty and tax.

If the Mutec and Hiface Evo are doing the same thing, I'm pretty happy about it. Just being in the same ballpark as a few of your additions will improve my listening pleasure.
Bought a Halide Bridge from Jerry three years ago? Was extremely happy with it. Tony suggested it. The Evo with Clock and Power Supply is supposed to be better than the Bridge.

The Mutec is an amazing bit of kit for the ultimate in reclocking. Just remember that reclocking's primary purpose is to reduce phase noise on the digital lines, it's not only about jitter. If you pay attention to grounding, and possibly use an inexpensive Chinese grounding box or two, you will get part way there.

John's recommendation is to get hold of a tablet to drive Bluetooth with the relevant bits
That is in the future for me
Very happy driving it from my W10 laptop for short and longer sampling of albums

I'm looking at getting an EtherRegen at some stage, but availability is like the Gustard A22.
With my house I have to stream via Wifi.
Here's the plan Vodafone modem to EtherRegen via MeiCord Opal ethernet cable to Fidelizer Airstream wifi router via MeiCord Opal ethernet cable.
Is this where/how I can use the EtherRegen effectively?

No good using it before wi-fi as the latter introduces jitter by its very nature.
What do you have at the receiving end? You could use a wi-fi extender with ethernet socket which would allow you to reclock and feed the streamer via cable. Much better than using the streamer's wi-fi.

The problem is, wi-fi is jittery. Any treatment before it is pretty much wasted.
If you were to receive the wi-fi with an inexpensive receiver/extender, of which most have an ethernet socket, you can then reclock the ethernet just before it enters the streamer. That'll maximise the effect and the quality of the feed.

Question for the hard of learning like me
Will Bluetooth be jittery like wifi ?
How do the two compare for sound quality ?

That'll maximise the effect and the quality of the feed. That's an idea I hadn't thought of. It would work. Will keep that in mind for next year. No EtherRegens around anyway. Looking at getting SR Purple fuses, the Fidelizer Airstream, a power supply for modem/router, and maybe a grounding box.

If your tablet can play music without jitter than it will output the same only issue if you have a poor wifi signal

Bluetooth is point to point and should have less contention and packet loss than wi-fi.
Move too far away, though, and you'll know what excessive data loss sounds like.
