I've only just recently looked at Stans website again, the Bushmaster has been so good I haven' t even considered looking for anything else. I saw new firmware available, and a mod which I hadn't done, Serum. So I ordered the caps as well as the correct Wima ones for the Venom mod, I just used what I already had last time. Seen the Doradolll is available, which I will be ordering. Do I need to mod the Bushmaster in any way to use it.

Others will know but I wonder if the voltage will be the same

I've heard the Dorado running into a Caiman II and it gives a very healthy boost in sound quality.

It comes with the right power supply and should help the Bushmaster perform at its best

I still have a Bushmaster II. Was running it with a Dorado I.
The Dorado III is 15v? While the Bushmaster runs with 12v. From what I remember, Stan says the Bushmaster will work okay with a 15v power supply.
I did end up buying a modded SEG from Stan ro replace the Bushmaster. No complaints from me.

I had a Dorado I with my SEG (with the caps mod). It had a 12V or 15V selector. I heard no difference between a battery and the Dorado at 12V. The 15V is what gave the step-up.
