I won't post the actual setlist here, as it could be a spoiler for some - but if you are interested in what she played (unconfirmed) last night for the first show, click below. I'm over the moon with her selection and 3 hours of music with 25 songs is going to be something of a rare treat. Quite possibly the gig of my lifetime . . . Kate Bush - 26th August 2014

Should be a great concert I would of loved to have seen her when she first toured

Why do you want to be Frank? No reason, just bored of being Tim and felt like a change

Hammersmith Apollo Wednesday 17th September 2014Before the magic . . . . I've been going to gigs for over 40 years now, but this was something else - the girl dun' good . . . . wow, wow, wow . . . unbelievable
Spellbinding from start to finish and I've never seen anything quite like it before, 3 hours and 25 songs of history in the making. Never experienced an audience like it either, there was an awful lot of love in that room! Superb band as well, 2 drums, 2 keys, 2 guitars and a bass plus 5 backing singers and quite a cast of players with elaborate sets, costumes, visuals, props and lighting that Pink Floyd would have been proud of and the sound was peerless from where I was sitting. Kate really is a one off. Highlight of the show for me was the first encore song, Kate solo sat at a piano singing 'Among Angels'.

So, you quite liked it then? It was indescribable really Chris, I had very high expectations and she surpassed those by some margin. I knew the set-list but avoided reading any reviews so had no idea what was coming visually, glad I did. The crowd reaction though was astonishing, pretty much a standing ovation after every song and she was so humble, a bit like Leonard Cohen, who is also incredibly humble at live shows. She thanked the crowd often and it was clear she really meant it - she made a great comment right at the end of the show, after repeating "Thank you so much" a few times she giggled and said "It sounds like you had a good evening" . . . you could say that Kate The night nearly killed my back sitting still for so long, but it was worth it and we did get a mid show interval.

Nice one Tim , if I remember you had to go to some lengths to get a ticket and then the ' expectation ' kicks in . Glad Kate surpassed all those expectations and you seem to have really enjoyed the show.
