Established fact that black kit sounds better than that silver stuff.

Covering LEDs with black card takes that up a notch.

Saved rolls of black paper from work another notch up. Covering the front of my 2 silver boxes with black paper, another

What took me by surprise was swapping in black CD racks for light colour.

Magnificent sound you would not believe.

Soaking up thee sounds ....
