Happy Christmas Martin and thanks for asking. The amp is sounding lovely actually. The noise is now greatly reduced it is sounding stellar as I know it to sound when on song. It's the second big Sansui I've owned, my first was the AU-919 which was excellent with a more forward presentation than this AU a707DR I now have, which is very balanced, detailed, great depth, non fatiguing and just lets the music flow through without getting in the way - I love it. Was a late night last night, album after album, same again as awe speak. I will have to try and prise myself away at least until later in the evening otherwise the Mrs and my daughters might start to think I'm just a lodger.....   |
