You need CATS in SPACE. I'd honestly never heard of them unti about an hour ago, but (to quote from their website) they [CATS in SPACE] have caused quite a stir since landing in 2015. With their unique sounds they will transport you back to the days of 70s Classic Rock. Think loud guitars, walls of soaring multi tracked vocal harmonies, grandiose pianos, and huge singable choruses. It’s purr-fect! Touring with legendary rock giants Deep Purple, Status Quo & Thunder playing UK arenas, plus Hyde Park with Phil Collins and Blondie the Cats have gained an ever growing army of faithful fans, gaining incredible live reviews along the way. From humble beginnings to Hammersmith Odeon, Hyde Park and the London 02 Arena it is just part of the amazing journey for these Cats so far... www.catsinspace.co.uk/homeI discovered them via Farcebook, and they're rather good.

Quite melodic rock, reminiscent of that time in the 1970s and with vocals very Deep Purple-like.
Not bad at all!

I listened to one of their albums a while back, I think it was 'Scarecrow', their second one, and I didn't go much on it, to be honest. I wanted to like them, as they are from Horsham, just up the A24 from my old home town, but they had a bit too much of the formulaic American stadium rock sound cliché for me. I could have done with a bit more grit and a little less polish, to be honest.
