Sad news that Len died a couple of days ago.
Modifier of Grado cartridges, manufacturer of digital levelling devices and alignment guages, as well as the Isolator headshell spacer. He was also a fanatic user of Radford valve amps. I first met him when I took my ramshackle old STA-15 to his house for him to do some work on. We had fascinating conversations about gear and music that day and on several subsequent ones. For a while, he was a secret source of new, old stock Mullard EL-34 valves!
A gent who will be missed by many, I am sure.
