You can only despair at the idiocy of some of those people.

I can add the husband of boss's friend
Cycling along on a lovely sunny day he decided to stand on his pedals, no problem there, and somehow manage to flip himself over *forwards* with the bike. Face plant onto road. Smashed helmet, fractured vertebrae, gashed eye, cuts and bruises all over face and body. Be interested to find out how he did it as I'm puzzled how he managed to do it

More news to come, but I would have difficulty doing that on the flat on the road Did it once, quite easy, went into a hole on the MTB at reasonable speed downhill, upended, nice soft ground useful

Didn't think I could do a head over heels on the bike as I am usually low down on drop bars. Yes I can. Stand on pedals, lean forward. If not enough grab front brake. I shan't be trying this Even more news Boss informs me her mate is well teed off as husband, complete with neck brace (!) is up a ladder cutting back ivy. He really is going for it

If he slips while he's up the ladder, and ends up suspended by his neck brace, WE WANT PHOTOS.
