"Please allow 600 hours minimum burn in time." I guess a 30 day trial is out of the question then. 25 days Just enough time to return

It’s a lot of money, that’s for sure, but it would be interesting to compare to the plug-in types or multiples of.

Joking aside, for that price I would be asking for a (fully burnt in) demo unit that hopefully proves its worth in the system .

Absolutely, in which case all you need is a decent returns policy. I've just been trying to decipher their returns policy and rather lost the will - you have to return goods within 7 days but they also offer a rather convoluted 28 day money back guarantee -
"Any items returned after the initial 7 days, but within 28 days, which were not in stock at time of order, may be refunded less a 20% restocking fee and less the original shipping amount paid by ourselves."

I didn’t see the returns policy, I’ll go have a look. Probably cost prohibitive for me to get a unit from there as I’m in Ireland. Duty is just ridiculous these days, often amounting to 40% of the product/shipping cost. Not sure how they calculate it.

Have a chat with Brent at Fidelity Audio. He modded a network switch for me, putting in one of their low jitter clocks. I also have their NNU SE mains purifier.

I just bought an Ifi purifier today as it was the only one available locally. Only thing is, it is schuko plug with a Uk adapter as they don’t make a Uk version.
I’ve plugged it in to a spare socket at the opposite side of my room to the hifi, which happens to be the first socket on the circuit only 3 meters of cable from the fuse board and about 7 meters of cable to the next socket which the hifi is plugged into. I’m going to buy a Din rail mounted schuko socket for my fuseboard and put the ifi in there as it’s wedged behind the sofa at the moment due to the length of it with the Uk adapter.
Initial impressions are positive with greater imaging and possible more bass power and leading edge clarity. I’ll remove it after a week or 2 and see.

After getting surprisingly good results with the ifi Ac ipurifier and reading all the positive reports here, particularly about Fidelity Audio’s plug in filters, I just ordered this one with spike clamping www.fidelityaudio.co.uk/no-noise-ultra-x-se-4566-p.aspI’ve a spare PS Audio Ac12 cable that I will use to plug it in and see how I get on.

It’s the first plug-in type filter I’ve tried, but seems to be one of those bargain upgrades. I can’t stop listening to music as it’s brought a sense of calm to the system and has improved imaging and resolution. Bass resolution/punch in particular has improved. If the fidelity audio filter is considerably better(which I hope it is considering the price difference) it will be like a Dac upgrade or similar.

I've just installed the Din rail mounted Schuko socket into my fuse board for the ifi Ac Purifier. I wired it into the ring main, so it is the first socket before the living room on the circuit. Untitled b Untitled by Matt Hoyle, on Flickr y Matt Hoyle, on Flickr

I have a grounding box at the consumer unit, tied to the incoming house earth directly after it's extracted and bonded to the incoming neutral line. It works very well at cutting down noise. I have now replaced the green SGS cable with an AliExpress cable.

Has anybody plugged any of these filters in after their mains regenerators, rather than before?

No, but I do have a grounding box on each.
I have an Aucharm on one output of my P3 and an Aucharm XL on one output of the P10 regenerator.
The outputs of my regenerators are very much lower impedance than the mains itself. That means plug-in filters will be many times less effective.

I’m wondering about my Powerinspired AG500 having a smps, could it have noise on its output that could be treated with one of these plugs?

I really don't know the answer to that, sorry.
