I did say relative lack of soundstage depth. Most folks would probably say 'Wow, what incredible imaging' . But I know that it can be better! As an aside, I think it does show that soundstaging from the MBLs is not just an easy trick of bouncing more sound from the back wall. As some electronics can substantially diminish the effect there has to be more to it than that. Made curious by huge enthusiasm shown on another forum for cheap vintage NAD integrated, I bought one. No sense of depth whatsoever, I didn't know my MBLs could do flat imaging!

I found my Kemp order acknowledgement from 2015 and paid £95 for it, so it hasn't gone up by that much.

Can't think that a 2nd one would make that much difference
but then I didn't think ONE would make any/much difference
Didn't do much of a test

What I can say is that the Kemp and Sercal only, sound better than when I had about 8 of the lesser buggers all plugged in together.
Two Kemps may be almost as good, although different circuits help to snub different frequency ranges of noise.

This is what's in a Kemp SNS. I haven't seen it described before:
Shunt filter, no dynamic restriction possible Super fast reaction speed covering an ultra-wide frequency range, up to almost 1 Gigahertz/cycles Lowers the shunt AC line impedance 7 stages provide the best performance Over voltage and surge protector WA-Quantum and Creaktiv Systems Chips internal Potted in Akiko Audio Tuning mix (minirals) and a resin to prevent microphonic effects Can be combined without any problem with all other audio mains related products Easy 'plug and play' installation

Out of curiosity I have just bought a new Schuko version from seller in France to try one the system in the apartment. Good stuff. Let us know how you find it. Sadly, the UK plug version appears to be no more so any hope of finding another means constant eBay and HiFi for Sale trawls.

I can hear a difference with all of the filters I have Tacima, Isotek, Russ Andrews, PS Audio
The big, huge difference was the first Kemp. The 2nd almost as much. The grounding boxes came after the filters and took the sound up another couple of levels

I've tried Russ Andrews, Enacom and ifi. The first two made no audible change to the sound whist the ifi increased audible noise. Maybe they might have reduced the noise of my fridge ...
