The AudioQuest range are good. Cinnamon if you can afford it, but look at the range offered.
Also look at Blue Jeans, but they are much thicker cables so harder to route.

I was, for a long time, a cable-denier, but AudioQuest pretty much singlehandedly changed my mind, mostly because they were "decent" cables I could actually afford. I kitted my AV system out with AQ Cinamon, and there was a notable, positive, difference in quality. I've since upgraded a few connections to AQ Chocolate and AQ Carbon - because I picked them up as eBay bargains - and the difference is there, but pretty minimal I'd say. Best bang-for-buck that I've tried is definitely the AQ Cinnamon, especially if you keep an eye on eBay for bargains.

Kramer 4K HDMI is what we use at work, if they're are good enough for pro installs then they're good enough for the home

Up to 10m you don't really need fibre Martin, although the longer you go on copper the thicker the cable gets, the Kramer ones i use are 5m from the AV amp to the TV and are copper, i've had fibre and copper side by side and you can't tell the difference, however once you go over the 10m copper literally falls over, when going over 10m we either use fibre or more often than not we use extenders which turn the signal into DCP which can be transmitted up to 100m on Cat6.

High Speed 4K UHD HDMI Lead Yes that's them, it's strange in the pro arena decent gear doesn't cost the earth and the claims of what a piece of kit will do tend to be substantiated, unlike the consumer market where we are feed all sorts of snake oil and fairy dust with prices to match, we really do get fleeced as HiFi enthusiasts
