I think the mics must have been all over the room to capture the air and the pulsing of the strings the way it sounds.

Only some tracks? In Tidal it's in mqa, the whole album.

It's not the SACD, though. The SACD sounds better in my Oppo 105, at least.

I subsequently found that they are all in hi-res. In my system, Qobuz leaves SACD for dead, and I used to have a very good player.
