Nah the bass is fine Steve. IMHO.
I am really happy with it after a few months use.
The mobile app has never crashed on me. Not once.
The PC software is great.
I even found the Firestick will output 24 bit 96KHz which is cool with my 100 inch projector screen in the listening room. I only recently found the setting to allow it.
In my opinion after experience of Spotify, Quobuz and TIDAL subscriptions, Amazon wins hands down. It's even good with Alexa on a Facebook Portal device my mother-in-law won and gave to us.
And I hate Alexa with a vengeance.
