Elaine Paige - Christmas (1986)

Trying to get into the Christmas spirit. I thought I choose this as it is probably my favourite Christmas album.

I first heard it when my Dad bought it on Vinyl when I was younger.

Her voice really works for me and this album has a good selection of classic Christmas tunes.

Sorry, Paul, but too much saccharin is just as bad for one's health as too much sugar is. ¹/₅ Elaine Page has got a good voice, there's no disputing that, but this is Christmas by the numbers; airbrushed music. There's no life to it, and not one iota of adventure in the song choices.

I didn't use to need the internet, my wife knew everything.
