Over the past few months I been trying to find a suitable amplifier within my budget that could replace the Black Tulip 380AH power amplifier I decided to try out a few Class D amplifiers by smaller manufacturers to keep costs down I tried a Ncore design but whilst it had lots of detail it just didn't really engage me Vic recommended I try out the Temple Monos I heard them quite a few times in his system so knew no issues with the system I am using I spoke to John at Temple and he agreed I could return them if not happy. I also agreed to try with the Superchargers as know how important clean power is in this medium I don't really like describing sound anymore Yes it has the usual tick boxes for sure But more important music flows and engages me at a deep emotional level I find it is perfect for me discovering more music without having to think about the sound In other words they engage me with the music and compliment my system in the end this is what matters
