Gosh, that's hard to reconcile with what we know of the relative sizes and distance involved. It looks artificial! The moon is a bit more than one-fourth (27 percent) the diameter of Earth, and allowing for the fact that it is about 3/4 of the distance of the earth in that photo and so appears larger, then it's probably about right!
