Yes, but they're using surface mount components in an obviously complex circuit. You couldn't hard wire that. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with a circuit board if well made.

I've only had one McIntosh but I'd love to have more come my way. I like the look of the turntable too. Actually I love the look of all Mcintosh, new and old.
