Talking to our local dog charity last week who were trying to get us to take a couple (more) Jack Russells. No we can't really, having 4 JRs already and no more high energy dogs - but please remember as soon as you know of a Dachshund to add to our 1........ Same evening phone rings, lady says I'm going to have to give up my Dachshund. I've been given you number Arrange a meet for Saturday, yesterday. After a small war we persuade the lady we can take her on and today she seems to have fitted in with the pack So that's <cough> 6 dogs now Tilly a miniature (about the smallest I've ever seen) smooth haired Dachshund And being mostly black she sounds very good too

For her tiny size she has a lot of pull when going for a walk. I'll get the harnesses ordered
