Hi all members,
My name is Alexandre.
System look:
Amp - Class A Threshold T-100
Pre - Threshold T-3
Speakers:
Using at the moment - Cabasse Goelette M3
Usually every 2-3 months changed for
Tannoy Definition D700
or Rogers Ls8a of 1991 or 1992. Very nice sounding. "Swisstone Electronics Ltd" markings.
Head Phone - all rewired and re-caped by friend. Used very rare - so dusty look
CDP Mission with Mission DAC5 and one more 24-bit DAC hard to make photo. Used rare.
Phono stage - Creek OBH-8 (to be changed for AQVOX Phono 2 Ci MKII Symmetric MM/MC Phono Stage later)
And main system component Lenco L75 with (great advice from Stiften) Denon Dl-110 cart mounted on DIY wooden base.
Spotmat was very helpful as well. Below it Pro-Ject glass mat and suede mat.
additional Pro-Ject platter which gave very lovely sound and appeared to be great upgrade.
Very helpful was idea of idle arm dampening.
On Monday will try to attach silicon mat (to be made of baking mat).
Most ideas - from Lenco Heaven.
Ideas for future:
Phono stage upgrade for Aqvox or another.
Extra tonearm mounting.
Additional Cabasse speakers (30 cm. bass unit) still question.
Tannoy'15 still question. All of speakers shown above are great sounding. So it's not a warehouse of used stuff. Otherwise all components were bought brand new, except Cabasse.
And most important - it's not rubber listening room
Tube amp - Big Big question.
