After some listening and crude calculations I realized the power transformer had more to give...including the heaters would support bigger tubes, and with bigger tubes...why not try different transformers; like I said, I'm a knucklehead
Once this proved to be absolutely brilliant...construction of the final enclosure could began while I listened daily, leaving the amp on for 10-12 hours at a time. I was addicted to the sound, maybe its that SE sound people crave...maybe the ultra low distortion CF outputs can deliver. The sound was captivating, smooth, and musical.
Once all my holes were drilled...and there are PLENTY, I had to turn the amp off and demo...this was way more work than it seemed in my mind.
During research to understand this sound I was loving... I learned a few tweaks along the way. While I could put my ear to the speaker and hear some hum, I was convinced there was more to learn...and it could be even more quiet for a SE amp.
Paid a little more attention to the grounding and filter stages
All components fitted and assembled, starting to look like an amp...at least one that could be brought inside the house.
had to start getting clever on how I was going to terminate the final wiring as it was about to be boxed in and very cramped start getting a little nervous once completing the PS wiring because the next wires are going to have to be soldered with the wooden surround. You'll notice some empty capacitor clamps...again learning more about the topology of the circuit, so waiting on another mouser order; it only cost a single faster through the metal for an additional 470uF of filtering, so why not?! such a knucklehead

Thanks for reading my ramblings...it was fun and I learned a lot. It was at least 3x the work I anticipated, would I do it again...absolutely.

I like turret board construction, mind you the last time I did it (Gale 401 crossovers), it was a lot more straightforward than your build.
Beautifully finished and I like the look of those KT150s, very Tesla!
