Just got some Tellurium Q Black 2 speakers cables from The Brookmeister of MCRU fame. The cable I was using (Fisual Hollywood) was good, but having heard a lot of people on the web was lyrical about these I thought I’d give them a go. Far from the most expensive cables I’ve used, these are without the best. I’m truly gob-smacked by the increase in transparency, coherence and imaging. Seriously enjoying an evening sesh with everything from Ennio Morricone to Leonard Cohen, also some old mono Stones which was gripping. Next up some Marianne Faithful.

I bought a pair of Black 2 a couple of weeks ago. I'm impressed, too. I had a strong dislike for the original Black - the worst attributes of 'hifi' sound, but the 2 sorts that out with a clear, dynamic and natural presentation.

Are you using them with your Tannoys, Paul? Yes, though I may get a second pair for the SL12s
