Hillman Avenger 1973 - various parts One of the worst cars I ever had My dad had a Hillman, his was a Hunter Minx. He always said that the engine was brilliant (a lie I later found out when helping him change a head gasket, it was a bastard) and if they only could marry that engine with bodywork that didn't, apparently, come pre-rusted, they'd be on to a winner. In case you were wondering, the answer is yes. I have paraphrased my dad quite a lot there. |
