'Grounding' yoga mat.
Grounding is the idea of connecting the body electrically to the earth.
The blue side is normal yoga mat material, the black side is an electrically conductive material.

So, the electrically-conducting black side connects the yoga mat to ground, and the "normal" blue side ...insulates you from it? Did I get that right?  |

A note to all ...
I have given away the entire contents of a house and gardens. I've now finished and the house sold. My gifting is complete.
I've come across some very nice people, who've been happy and appreciative to give my things a new home, I was happy to gift them. Many became 'return customers'.
But I'm sad to say a huge percentage of people collect without so much as a thank you. Or don't turn up at all. Or turn up too early. Or four hours too late. Others who enquire with a curt "still available" - these people were passed over for those who can string a civil sentence together. Some who don't turn up, then keep asking for more items and wonder why I don't respond.
I've come across so much rude and disrespectful behaviour and language. So remember folks - a simple please and thank you takes you a long way. (I have received hundreds of messages, impossible to respond to all, so apologies for those who sent polite requests and got no answer, simply not enough time in my day.
It also never fails to amaze me when people turn up in very expensive vehicles to take these free things instead of leaving them for people who really need a little extra help.

Graphic Equaliser & vinyl records please
I'm rebuilding a stereo system like of old and am just in need of graphic equalizer for a separates system if anyone has one they no longer need.
I am also rebuilding my record collection having become passionate about vinyl once again so any pop, rock, reggae, punk singles or LP records that are not needed would be given a good home and much use!
