Clearance of Heatherwood Hospital
I am the Sustainability Manager for FHFT and we have a number of items left from the decommissioning of the Heatherwood Hospital, chairs, tables, filing cabinets etc and we would like to see the community make benefit of these items. Collection/viewing times are 10.30am-12pm and 3pm-5pm daily Tuesday 20th until Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th 10am - 2pm until we will walk you around the site so please be patient if we are already walking someone around. Any donations to the trust are gratefully accepted but not expected.
Glad to say a new one is being built and being under Frimley hospital should be a big step up
This is the place where my ex had a serious operation
I visited her a couple of times to find heavily pregnant women outside - having a fag

We have a load of carpet offcuts I kept 'just in case'
Never used, from 2009. Time to go
Was going to bin them but wondered if anyone would like them on Freecycle.

Have amended my thoughts on bin or Freecycle
Feels so much better if someone can use things I need to move on
Part of me still wants to keep the carpet offcuts - just in case !

Moving the carpet offcuts was an education, at least part of which I've had before
I thought I had around 6 offcuts. Er, 14. Decided to keep 2 as I have a use for them I found
First punter says she wants all 12. Wisely I told everyone else I would get back to them.
She came. We had a nice chat. I left her to it having a look through.
Looked later. She had taken 2
Contacted number 2 and 3 on the list
No reply from either.
Couple of others wanted what I didn't have which was ok
Another contact. Came to nothing
Another contact.
I only want long pieces.
Come along and have a look.
Put them on the porch.
Heard a faint bang so went out to see him driving off. That must have been his boot door.
He took the lot
Having moved the carpet offcuts it has now become obvious what goes next, and so it goes

7 lengths of guttering - we used them indoors as bookshelves. Good condition just no longer needed.
