I was thinking primarily room modes when I first saw it, but also speaker resonant frequencies.

If you're trying to figure out where room nodes are you can work it out from this chart quite easily.

Personally I use a real time analyser saves a lot of hassle with customers who are looking to purchase unsuitable speakers for their room restrictions.
Then the fun starts!
