Does anyone else use it? I'm somewhat puzzled by the monthly report it sends. This month it seems that...
I'm more productive than 98% of Grammarly users.
I used more unique words than 99% of Grammarly users.
But I'm only more accurate than 34% of Grammarly users.
...and that's pretty much the way that the figures look every month, with only a few percentage points difference in each category.
My "writing" consists of what I treat you to here, and Twitter, in the main. I do post occasionally on Farcebook, and over at HFS, but that's about it. How can I be in the upper percentiles for unique words and productivity, and how is my accuracy that low? Weird. I just wondered if anyone else had such an apparently skewed set of results.

I've never used it, Paul. Do you run all your text through it, then? Copy/paste or plug-in/pop-up?

It runs in the background on my browser, Martin, so it'll pick up everything I type into, say, this text-box. It also runs in the background of various Google apps, which I only use once in a very blue moon, and Notepad/Wordpad. I'm convinced that the figures must be wrong, or perhaps it has a total user base of 12 people.

I might give it a try on the big PC just to observe how it works. I know a few people who could use it

LOL. I boycott any app which has a title that ends in "ly" on principle.

I use it on my Windows laptop. But must put it on the fire tablet at some point. I only been using it for a few weeks and just use the free version.

The only "ly" I use is Feedly on my phone, an excellent RSS feed aggregator which I use for all the F1 news feeds.

Ok, I found Grammarly extension for Edge and installed it. I have a little green 'G' in my Edge toolbar and also one in the text box bottom-right.
Oh, I see - I deliberately made some typos and it went all red and unhappy.
I'll live with it for a while although I pride myself on writing well.

Can it add a 'g' to all the words that an increasing number of wankers don't pronounce.
Plus remove the superfluous 'h' that doesn't appear in words like street?
The morning travel bod on Radio 2 is getting right up my goat.

It's 't' that appears to be missing in action with a lot of the youth of today.
