Hi all, i'm looking for a recommendation for a power amp or integrated amp the drives 4x el84 output valves preferably with a headphone jack under £600.00 new or even better used.

Mine is really good. Integrated but no headphone jack. No, it's not for sale, it's my "keeper valve amp".  Cost me about £400 on eBay a year or so ago. el84 is my favourite power tube.  |

I was thinking of a Leak Stereo 20 but mindful of the headphone requirement.
There are lots of valve amps on eBay. Worth also checking on Head-Fi as to what is recommended.

WAD or WD KEL 84 can be had for around 300 quid secondhand. Excellent amps. Have a hunt around, they come up fairly regularly.
