And a good one to you too Steve Thanks Mike. So what's the traditional TV Steve? I presume it's not too Noir at this time of year ... No not noir at all.. It's a mix of rather old Disney - Mickey Mouse, Donald duck, Santa's toy factory, and others all dubbed to Swedish (they dub to Swedish for Children's TV). You could not believe the sheer numbers of Swedes who will gather round the TV at exactly 15:00 for the same thing every year - It's tradition they say.. In the run up to this it's Julkalender (Yule Calender). 15min episodes of child / family fun story each day of the month up to Julafton (Yule eve). Some of them are pretty bad! Some are classics that we can re-watch even now the kids are all grown up. New years eve it's the little known British B/W Classic (Grevinnan och betjänten - translates to Baroness and the butler). English title Dinner for One. Apparently they are nuts for it Germany too! "How did they ever win the war"! - Fawlty Towers
