Before I started offshore I worked in Pipecoating - this was built up from undersea pipe off cuts salvaged,cleaned up and welded together while my pal covered my work. Utterly indestructible,breaks down for easy transport,transfers heat very well and just works a treat!

That is a chap's BBQ, all right...My only concern is that there appears to be some coloured stuff in amongst that lovely meat. Please don't let the side down with gratuitous vegetable action.
BTW - why do you need a bolster chisel to hand?!!

Yeah,that coloured stuff is a necessary evil I'm afraid.

Okely dokely, so you trowel the peppers onto the steaks and ribs when they're done and then portion them with the blocking chisel, yes? Makes perfect sense to me...
