It's full of...Mars.

The hardest task will be to find some well-adjusted people to inhabit it. All the hardware in the world won't help people living in such a small environment when the only escape will require a space suit.

Can I take my horn speakers? Only 500kgs! Thought not - guess I'm not very well adjusted Marie wondered if we would send all the criminals? - like Australia - ROFL I think the suicide rate might be quite high..

You could 3D print some new horn speakers once you are there, Steve, using local materials. And have a habitat module dedicated to them. Mars only has 1/3rd earth's gravity, so they could be seriously large! Should I find out how you can sign up?

The more I think about it the more horrible I think a 3d printed hifi might sound! The actual horns maybe.. Granted 3d printing will have moved on a bit by then. Couldn't 3d print my view our a cycle ride in the forest, or the seaside.. See I'm just not 'well adjusted' enough. 'Well adjusted' could mean F'd up enough to think you could hack it, but..

Indeed, 'well adjusted' people for Mars may need to be of low intelligence and limited ambition!

I was meaning 3D printing the horns. Yes, I think you'd need to take the drivers with you.
Might sound strange as well, as I'd expect the atmospheric pressure in the habitats to be set quite a bit lower than occurs naturally on earth.

Good point, Jerry. That might affect the acoustics of the speakers and room somewhat.

Well, they're small at least. Perhaps they'd squeak even more in the low atmosphere?
