Hi all, Its a sad day here as i am selling my Firebottle Monoblocks. They are 90w per channel and were the very first pair ever made. I cant recall exactly when i got these but i suspect it was about 2 years ago. Since then they have supplied me with pure joy. As with all things, times move on and i am moving on with it. Both of the units are in perfect working order. One of the monoblocks has a small dink in the acrylic front plate which i have pictured. It is on the top edge. They will come with some spare NOS (BVD) Mullard Valves and a spare pair of NOS Telefunkens as well as the ones pictured. They have been well looked after and loved. Due to weight, my preference is for collection but i can look into postage for an interested party. That would have to include postage materials too. I do have suitable packaging but postage is set at £50 Id be looking for..... £675 Delivered £625 Collected Any change from the postage will be refunded.

Rather than a (somewhat inpatient, in my opinion) bump post, you might do your chances of a sale more good by elaborating a bit on the details you have provided. This is an amp that only a handful of people on the planet know anything about, after all. If I were in the market for a power amp, I'd need to know more about it than that.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I am trying to help.

Mod: please don't comment to a sales thread unless it's about the product.

I don't have anything further I can add!

Well Oliver, I thought Firebottle was a mate of yours, could you not ask him ?
I'd be interested to hear if they were suitable for complex loads like in Quad ESL57 loudspeakers.
I'm assuming they are hybrid amps ?
Do they get hot in use as the heatsink (that can be seen) looks quite small.

Well, Alan uses them to drive his ESL57's to very good effect, so i am confident in saying that they will drive them perfectly. I have asked Firebottle for info on them. They are Valve hybrids, they do not get any warmer than a SS amp and they drive ESLs very well. I've heard them driving Magneplanar speakers, Neat motives, my Pioneers and they all sound excellent. It's a bit pointless trying to describe the sound because it's all subjective but they are neutral. The Telefunken valves improved them a fair bit. I'll try and get someore information.
