I can't see this thread as serving any purpose. We're not into anti-forum stuff here. I know from previous experience that a forum going down is a right pain for all concerned. The chaps at AoS will be breaking into a sweat over it. Should it ever happen to ProBoards, the boot would be on the other foot.

Precisely, Martin - and I appreciate your empathy. Perhaps you would ask DQ to remove his "bi polar" remark, as that was uncalled for and totally out of order.

Martin, would you kindly remove this thread please? It wasn't my intention to smear AoS nor bring this sort of strife to TAS, in fact the thread was partly born out of a humorous situation which occurred here regarding the knobs I've just received for my BTE and my attempts to reply to Barry regarding them on AoS during the outages. I decided to incorporate the mirth of the moment into my post but unfortunately it didn't come across very well which has resulted in some unpleasantness... Sorry...

Gus , I find your posts consist largely of a narrative dealing with personal minutiae of your own life saps my will to live and your own paternalistic obsession with telling other people what you do and don't like or approve of tedious , but I am usually to tolerant to reciprocate by posting disapproval .
I accept that forums are an eclectic mix of posts and personalities .
