This is bad news for forums and blogs everywhere and could impact TAS in the future. We've spoken elsewhere about badly thought through laws and this is one of them. Exactly how is 'link tax' going to work, or will it result in content simply not being linked to any more for fear of a claim? I would predict it'll have impact on us anyway, just as GDPR is impacting US companies.

At least they seem to have realised that it's just lazy legislation to attempt to cover everything by blanket-bombing it.
