I think George Michael being so high profile made a lot of difference. Unfortunately it's a condition that as far as records are concerned, killed the majority of people within a 5 year timescale from initial diagnosis, but a lot of new science has helped improve things, so I am obviously hopeful, but this is a real breakthrough as they are going to be spending quality time and money researching it.
