Hi, Im Nanook I live in the North.
I enjoy reading the hifi forums and listening to music.
I love Jazz & Blues.
I hate HipHop, & probably Prog (If someone could actually tell me exactly what it is)!!
Current system is an SS affair but have a hankering after Valves again el34's in particular.
Just purchased a pair of Falcon LS5/3a 15ohm jobbies.....Bass could cave your chest in at 20 paces.
(Just kidding).

What are you powering the LS 3/5a with, as they can be very amplifier dependent for good performance?

Scotty, multiple reasons.
(Main ones being)
I do not need the money, so pointless me selling them.
It gives me great satisfaction binning / smashing things up.
The things I do bin/smash are only those things that deserve this fate......ie are crap, or I have tired of.
I would feel bad passing somthing on to others that hasn't lived up to my expectations.

I'm highly suspicious about who nanook really is.
To smash up a pair of NVA A80s because you supposedly don't like them sounds very much like a poke (with a shitty pointed stick) at Mr NVA himself.
Do TAS records have details of previously banned members IP addresses ?
PS I'd bid on those amps if they came up on Ebay.
