Colin, I'm very saddened to hear this.
I hope that you can find a way to continue the EWA brand and your excellent electronics, even if made under licence. Do keep us apprised.

This is sad news. Hope someone picks this business up, hopefully in UK. Wishing both you, Colin and Alan a speedy return to health.

Ditto to the above. I really hope you can find a custodian who can do justice to all your superb work and use it respectfully. I wish you the very best of luck Colin and Alan.

Considering your health problems you did a bloody brilliant job in getting the business off the ground in the first place, Colin. I hope the company carries on as you, and Alan, want it to. I also hope you and Alan carry on, obviously.

I like the (powder coated?) finish, and the logo is both discrete and memorable. Definitely good looking components Colin.

Not powder coated but hard black anodized. And solid Aluminium Knobs, transistor are on ceramic heat spreader and the pre has SECA Headphone output stage at 2W. When OFF and in idle mode the pre has a low voltage power on circuit from +-25V to +-5V to keep caps formed in psu stage, this also helps to reduce the misused start up sequence of pre then power thump. So on standby the pre takes about 2W and full ON 25W.

I think they look very industrial and functional, but in a good way ... Definitely for those more interested in quality sound reproduction than bling.
I agree with Paul about the logo, very cool.

I think they look superb, Colin. The only comment I would make is that maybe the logo is placed just a smidge too close to the left of the facia edge and (a little less so) to the bottom to sit perfectly with my eye. From a different angle, it could be fine, though.
Edit after looking again: Maybe the height of the logo lines up with the axis of the controls? So front on, it would be fine for height. Still too close to the edge for me though, I think.

Yeah,I like them. I like the minimalism of them. The only thing is how the white line on the volume goes the other way to the source.
Picky but you did ask.
